      Strategic Vendor Relationship Manager - Global Lead Buyer

      Key Responsibilities

      • Develop, maintain, and elevate partnerships with key global suppliers across IT, Professional Services, Real Estate, Marketing, and other indirect procurement categories
      • Identify, champion, and execute consortia buying and volume bundling opportunities, maximizing value for both clients and suppliers
      • Lead and coordinate a portfolio of procurement initiatives from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and delivering measurable savings
      • Apply structured, data-driven approaches to assess market opportunities, supplier capabilities, and bundling potential
      • Be embedded in a team of lead buyers while also working closely with a network of more than a hundred sourcers worldwide to share best practices and coordinate global strategies
      • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote strategic procurement and innovative vendor collaboration models
      • Stakeholder Engagement:
      • Ideal Candidate Profile
      • Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
      • Proven track record in procurement, ideally within IT, Professional Services, Real Estate, or Marketing
      • Strong preference for candidates with a professional services mindset, ideally with consulting experience or having served as a transformation/project lead
      • Highly structured and analytical problem-solving skills
      • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, global initiatives from concept to completion
      • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
      • Expertise in identifying and leveraging consortia buying and volume bundling opportunities
      • Strong capability to convince suppliers to engage in dynamic pricing models that deliver mutual benefits for both suppliers and clients
      • Collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-oriented and globally networked environment
