Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Review and transfer of reserve, shipping, and stability samples
• Review of retention samples
• Issuance of reserve and stability samples
• Storage of retention samples in accordance with regulations
• Ensuring compliance with quality (SOP and GMP) and safety guidelines
• Support with documentation and reporting in the administrative area
• Communication with QC project managers, shift teams, logistics, and QA
• Processing and responding to correspondence, including confidential information

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Completed training in administration or a comparable qualification
• 1–3 years of professional experience in an administrative environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Good knowledge of GMP and SOP guidelines
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Team player with flexibility
