As part of its digital and procurement evolution, Philip Morris International (PMI) is looking for a Global Account Manager – Procurement. Hired through Manpower, you will operate at the heart of PMI’s strategic IT and P&C procurement function, partnering with senior leadership to shape and execute global sourcing strategies. This role reports to the Global Head of Procurement for IT & P&C and serves as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across the organization (Director level and above).

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Drive global IT procurement strategies aligned with PMI’s business objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders, building strong partnerships and aligning procurement goals with broader business needs.
• Category Expertise: Lead the sourcing portfolio for global IT categories, ensuring optimal cost, quality, and innovation.
• Decision-Making Support: Influence business strategies and resource allocations through effective category governance and market insight.
• Supplier Management: Monitor supplier performance, identify risks, and implement contingency plans to ensure continuity and service excellence.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of account managers, providing strategic direction, feedback, and development plans.
