We are looking for an expert to support this digital transformation, fluent in French, German, and English.

Your Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration: Deploy Abacus in a secure cloud environment, ensuring seamless integration with company processes.

• Consulting & Support: Provide high-quality client support by tailoring functionalities to specific business needs.

• Collaboration & Project Management: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams on concrete and diverse projects, ensuring thorough follow-up.

• Mobility: Operate in the field with occasional travel in French-speaking Switzerland (position based in Lausanne).

Your Profile

• Technical and Functional Expertise: Higher education degree in IT, engineering, or a related technical field. Proven experience in ERP project management and strong knowledge of Abacus applications for HR and payroll.

• Up-to-Date Knowledge: Good understanding of hosted environments and sovereign cloud requirements, as well as strict data security standards.

• Language Skills: Fluent in French, German, and English — essential for interacting with an international client base.

• Personal Qualities: Structured, meticulous, and service-oriented, capable of offering pragmatic and tailored solutions.
