In order to strengthen our delivery capabilities, we are currently looking for a IT Helpdesk Agent

Key Tasks:

• Follow-up of customer tickets (updating tickets, follow-up with publisher, customer reminders, etc.)
• Administration and updating of Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019 solutions, etc
• Installation of user workstations
• Cabling of new hardware (servers, appliances, etc.)
• Management and resolution of level 1 and 2 incidents on customer infrastructures
• Operate / support internal and customer infrastructure
• Installation / replacement of equipment at customer sites
• Participation in on-call service

CFC Computer scientist or equivalent

• Autonomous and rigorous

• Very good knowledge of English & French
