To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:, • Graduation degree is a must to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit., • Strong working experience in sales and service in financial services industry, some of which in the role of a sales manager, preferrable Wealth I&I., • Experience leading and coaching Relationship managers and Contact Centre sales-based teams., • Proven track record as a sales leader managing teams selling financial planning solutions to high-net-worth clients., • Familiarity with financial markets and good knowledge of banking and wealth management products including investments., • Demonstrated success in managing a team in a strong metric-driven environment., • Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing and relationship building via the telephone, • Strong leader with sound judgment and excellent people management skills; team player, • High energy level to lead and drive change within the sales organization
