Notre site d'Aix en Provence, est spécialisé dans la conception et la réalisation de systèmes complexes ferroviaires embarqués et débarqués Le système automatique de protection de train d'Alstom Pegasus pour les véhicules légers sur rail vise à améliorer la sécurité de conduite à vue et à fournir des fonctionnalités de commande et d'assistance au conducteur. La sécurité est d'une importance cruciale quand les tramways circulent sur une seule voie, dans les virages ou les côtes et dans les tunnels. Il agit sur le contrôle de la vitesse et les fonctions de freinage et d'arrêt afin de garantir, sur la durée, des services de rail léger sûrs et d'améliorer la disponibilité opérationnelle., ALSTOM a en charge la fourniture du système Pegasus ( Sol et Bord) dans le cadre des projets Tramways Intégré(e) au département Bus & Tram sous la responsabilité du Responsable de Département, vous êtes en charge de piloter l'exécution de plusieurs projets et supporter les phases d'offre Etre en charge du pilotage opérationnel et contractuel des lots : Maitriser le QCD global et coordonner les activités Piloter les cycles mensuels du process de management de projet Piloter les risques Participer à la mise à jour de la stratégie de déroulement du projet Anticiper et corriger les dérives Gérer les plans de charges et les affectations de ressources Participer à la bonne relation avec le client en lien avec le chef de projet préparer le reporting interne et vers le client Piloter les activités interne d'évolution de la plateforme (obsolescence) Gérer les dossiers de phase, facturations et les revues d’avancement périodique Votre profil : Issu(e) d’une formation Bac+5 de type Ecole d’Ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire, vous avez acquis une expérience significative en management de projet dans un environnement technique complexe avec forts enjeux de planning. La connaissance des déploiements de systèmes de signalisation tramway et/ou métro serait un plus Vous maîtrisez l’anglais Vous avez une grande autonomie dans votre travail, vous aimez travailler en équipe et en réseau dans un environnement multiculturel et multisite. Des compétences d'encadrement et d'organisation sont nécessaires. Could you be the full-time Serial Test Manager (f/m/d) in Villeneuve we’re looking for? Your Future Role: In Villeneuve, over 250 colleagues from 15 different countries work together to manufacture and maintain multiple units, locomotives, trams, and passenger cars from Switzerland and other European countries. Our product line Services offers a complete range of solutions to maximise the value of customer assets. Our offerings cover the entire lifecycle of the asset, from design and build, to operation, to end of life. You’ll report to Antonin MICHE, Site Production and Testing Director and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team. We’ll look for you to : Systematic & Efficient handing over of trains from Manufacturing to Testing and ensure final Customer Acceptance as per contract Manage the Testing Teams on site Have a clear overview of the test planning of all the projects in the site to ensure it is aligned with site testing capacity/facility and escalate to the management when necessary Organize weekly review with the EPU Managers on testing KPI’s (QCD) and take actions on critical issues Monitor and regularly update management & key interfaces about the progress on KPI’S of each project to reach the target QCD All About You : We value passion and attitude over experience.
