You operate and support modern production equipment, follow established processes, and ensure that production targets related to quality, schedule, cost, and waste are consistently met. Through your experience and structured working style, you help maintain stable and reliable manufacturing operations. How you'll make an impact Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment used in machining, processing, assembly, or packaging Produce products according to production specifications, schedules, and quality standards Move, sort, and package raw materials and finished goods within the production area Monitor product quality and identify, segregate, or rework non-conforming products Perform basic maintenance tasks and support troubleshooting of routine equipment issues Maintain accurate daily production records to support performance analysis Follow all safety, quality, and cleanliness standards in the production environment Your background Completed vocational training or relevant hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Basic knowledge of production processes, equipment, and standard operating procedures Ability to work under moderate supervision and follow established instructions Structured, reliable, and quality-focused working style Ability to identify and resolve routine issues, with occasional interpretation of standard procedures Good communication skills and proficiency in English More about us You will work in a structured production environment with modern equipment and clearly defined processes. As an R&D Electrical Engineer, you will work on cutting-edge transformer technologies in a dynamic, international environment. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, contributing to the full R&D lifecycle—from concept to testing and product launch, ensuring that our solutions meet both technical specifications and market demands. How you will make an impact Apply your knowledge of electromagnetism to support innovative concepts’ validation through simulations Tackle a variety of engineering challenges on Medium Frequency Transformers Contribute to the development of new features in our internal design tools Organize prototyping and testing activities to validate new technologies/products in collaboration with global teams Align your work with our strategic technology roadmap Take ownership of work packages and deliver results using a structured approach Deepen your understanding of transformer technologies and support internal consulting to optimize your R&D activities Contribute to intellectual property and risk management activities in R&D Your background MSc or PhD in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering, ideally with experience in R&D within a business environment Knowledge of electromagnetism and circuit theory with ability to perform electromagnetic simulations Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus) Analytical thinking and ability to work independently and collaboratively within interdisciplinary and international teams Awareness of business processes related to product development More about us We offer flexible working practices and a supportive environment where you can grow your skills and career.
