The opportunity In this role, you will be responsible for delivering tailored IT solutions and services to our site, acting as the key interface between business units, application owners, and IT stakeholders. You will ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and applications, while also taking on critical IT/OT cybersecurity responsibilities and providing hands-on support for both office and shop floor IT/OT assets. How you'll make an impact Serve as the primary point of contact for local business IT needs and escalations Aggregate and communicate demand for new or improved IT services Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with IT suppliers and CDC teams Oversee ticket management, triage, and escalation processes Deliver and support IT infrastructure onsite Maintain governance and security standards Execute IT/OT cybersecurity tasks, act as a first responder to incidents and to identify and protect critical factory assets collaborating with vendors to ensure proper patching and configuration of OT systems Ensure machine connectivity with network core switches Manage specific applications and coordinate software/network connectivity (PLC programming excluded) Your background Formal qualification in Information Technology Ideally two years of experience in IT support Experience in complex stakeholder environments and cross-functional problem solving Familiarity with IT procedures, policies, and end-to-end business processes Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience with SQL Server Proficient in ServiceNow IT Enterprise Platform, MS Office 365, MS Azure, Windows, iOS, and Asset Management Tools; familiarity with ITIL 4 framework is a plus.
