The position also offers opportunities to travel to international testing and production facilities Key Responsibilities Maintain and expand the internal testing database, including benchmarking and providing feedback to product engineers Design, build, and commission proprietary test machines from concept to completion Plan and execute performance test protocols in close coordination with Engineering and Quality Management teams Conduct technical training sessions for international production partners and technical staff Organize and manage test documentation across all SCOTT brands Provide technical expertise and root cause analyses Audit testing facilities at global production sites to ensure standards and best practices Support with product field testing, including defining test objectives, collecting feedback, and processing performance data Profile Master’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical field Minimum 2 years of professional experience, ideally with a background in product testing Strong knowledge of product testing methodologies; familiarity with bicycle mechanics and mechatronic systems is an advantage Proficiency with DAQ systems, database management, and CAD software is a plus Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities effectively Fluent in English; basic knowledge of French or German preferred Willingness to work on-site in Givisiez, Switzerland, with occasional travel to international facilities

You continuously push your concepts beyond where the industry is today. You have a strong background in technical footwear, a deep understanding of product design, pattern engineering, advanced expertise in 3D modeling, and a relentless curiosity for emerging technologies and tools. In this role, you will work in a cross-functional team and push the boundaries of digital design and drive the shift from traditional workflows to cutting-edge, 3D- and computationally powered ways of working. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional skills in ideation, sketching and visual presentation, as well as possessing outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
