Job Description The Head of Corporate Publications & Communications is responsible for leading all external reporting and corporate disclosure activities that communicate the company’s performance, progress, and purpose. This includes managing financial and non-financial publications, press releases, and sustainability communications that support strategic priorities, enhance corporate reputation, and ensure clarity and consistency across all channels. A central part of the role is to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of the company’s Annual Integrated Report and other key publications, in close collaboration with Investor Relations, Sustainability, Finance, Legal, and Brand teams. The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following: 1. Annual and Corporate Reporting Lead the end-to-end development of the Annual Integrated Report (print and digital), ensuring it meets brand, regulatory, and strategic standards. Coordinate contributions and approvals across key stakeholders (Investor Relations, Finance, Sustainability, Legal, and Executive Management). Manage external partners (designers, writers, printers, translators) to deliver high-quality, on-time outputs. Guarantee accuracy, coherence, and alignment of data and narrative across all corporate reporting. Oversee additional corporate publications 2. Quarterly financial reports Lead the production, drafting, and review of the company’s quarterly financial updates , ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with external disclosure standards. Collaborate closely with Investor Relations and Finance to refine key messages and disclosures. 3. Corporate press releases Draft and coordinate the release of key corporate announcements , working with relevant departments to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the company’s strategic priorities. 4. Corporate Sustainability Communications Develop and maintain a regular flow of corporate sustainability-related content for external audiences, showcasing the company’s commitments and progress. Manage communications regarding the company’s inclusion in sustainability indices and performance against key ESG objectives. Lead the production, drafting, and review of Corporate Sustainability Reports Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. 10 years of experience in corporate communications or related roles, preferably within a multinational listed company. Strong project management experience with complex cross-functional deliverables such as Annual Reports. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills for diverse audiences. Experience liaising with senior stakeholders(CEO, CFO) managing agencies. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Deep understanding of financial and non-financial reporting requirements. Additional Information Location: Zug, Switzerland. Job Description Manage the Group Chief Legal Officer's complex and ever-changing calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls while efficiently resolving scheduling conflicts. Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing incoming emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Chief Legal Officer. Prepare and edit various documents, reports, presentations, and financial data to support the Chief Legal Officer's decision-making process. Prepare, assist, attend meetings with the Chief Legal Officer, take accurate meeting minutes, and follow up on action items with stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, optimizing travel efficiency. Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and always maintain strict confidentiality. Assist in financial-related tasks, such as expense reporting, budget tracking, and financial record keeping. Conduct research and gather data to support the Chief Legal Officer in making strategic business decisions. Collaborate with other members of the executive team and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Assist the CEO and board in the absence of the CEO’s assistant. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively. Strong attention to detail and a track record of producing accurate work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders. High level of integrity and professionalism, handling confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness in handling challenges. A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. Commercial school, bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal, or a related field is preferred. Fluent English and German are an asset. Excellent writing skills in English. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Sharepoint) and experience with financial software is a plus. Additional Information The role is based in Baar. Our laboratory based in Plan-les-Ouates is a world leading group in chemical and biochemical analysis specialized in high-end GMP contract analytical services in Mass Spectrometry, Chromatography and Biophysical techniques. We provide analytical services in Health Sciences, including structural analysis of biologics (proteins, glycoproteins and carbohydrates), their quantification and various chemical studies. Job Description Perform sample preparation using various chemical and biochemical techniques. Operate Liquid Chromatography associated to Mass Spectrometers (Waters, Thermo, Shimadzu). Perform interpretation and review of analytical data: Following completion of experimental works write and review analytical reports. Support in the conduct of logistic specific laboratory tasks (e.g. order and register chemicals, maintain inventories,…). Qualifications Bsc/Msc diploma or equivalent in a science discipline (e.g. analytical chemistry, biochemistry). Relevant experience in absolute quantification of small and large molecules by LC-MS based methods. Good knowledge of the analytical softwares Empower, Masslynx, Labsolutions, Chromeleon will be an advantage. Experience in working in a GMP contract service lab would be appreciated. Fluent in spoken and written French and English. Able to follow specific and detailed procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with scientific staff.
