This is a great opportunity to join a cross-functional team, interacting with many parties, all focused to achieve a common goal For the development of our core strategic solutions, we are currently looking for a very experienced, top motivated, hands-on: AUTOMATION AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEER Role: Design and maintain PLC programs with TWINCAT3 Design and maintain electrical diagram of production machines with ePlan Electric Support installation and commission of machines (assembly and cabling) for internal use or for client projects Test functionality, isolate, troubleshoot and solve problems with test instruments Create manufacturing documentation (Schematics, BOM, manuels) Ensure the machines follow the security and safety norms Handle hardware ordering and reception Work with suppliers and subcontractors worldwide Profile: CFC apprenticeship in automation or equivalent degree Bachelor or Master degree in microengineering or equivalent Minimum 3 years’ experience in industry Knowledge in PLC programming (TwinCAT 3) Knowledge of cabling and wiring, electrical schematic (ePlan) Knowledge in mechanical conception is an asset (SolidWorks) French fluent, English a plus, any other European language an asset Availability to travel internationally if needed Able to work in the office and on the field when needed for support Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with ability to work in a team of diverse skills Positive personality who is proactive, flexible and collaborates efficiently with other colleagues Autonomous, curious, trustworthy and result oriented Join us! Department Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Assurer la maintenance préventive, améliorative et corrective des installations de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation (HVAC) sur les sites de Prilly et Bussigny Participer à l’installation de nouveaux systèmes HVAC Effectuer des inspections régulières, nettoyer les composants, remplacer les filtres et réaliser les tâches de maintenance préventive Diagnostiquer et réparer les pannes et dysfonctionnements des systèmes HVAC (remplacement de pièces, réglages, résolution de problèmes de performance) Optimiser les performances des systèmes HVAC pour garantir une efficacité énergétique maximale et réduire les coûts d’exploitation Interagir avec les clients internes et externes pour comprendre leurs besoins, expliquer les problèmes détectés et fournir des conseils sur l’utilisation et l’entretien des systèmes Veiller au respect des normes et réglementations locales, étatiques et fédérales en matière d’installation et de maintenance Participer au service de piquet et respecter les règles HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement) PROFIL CFC d’installateur électricien, d’automaticien ou de monteur frigoriste, avec de très bonnes connaissances en génie thermique Minimum 3 ans dans un établissement réglementé en Suisse, dans un service professionnel d’installations, d’ingénierie ou d’exploitation Excellente connaissance des installations techniques HVAC du bâtiment Capacité avérée à analyser et résoudre les problèmes (identification des causes racines) Flexibilité dans les horaires Aptitude à établir et gérer des relations à tous les niveaux de l’organisation Excellentes compétences en communication (écrite et orale) Expérience en équipes interfonctionnelles et gestion des parties prenantes Désir d’apprendre et de travailler en équipe Maîtrise du français ; anglais et/ou allemand sont un atout Bonne maîtrise des logiciels O365, MS Office, SharePoint, Share file, SAP S4HANA ; connaissance des API (Siemens, SAIA) et outils AdB, MCR (ex. As a private Swiss company with global reach, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Group Tax Director to lead key financial functions and contribute to our long-term growth and resilience. This senior leadership role will report to the Group CFO and will play a pivotal role in optimizing our financial structure, ensuring robust funding, overseeing tax strategy across jurisdictions, and steering investment decisions aligned with our innovation agenda and sovereign mission. ROLE As Group Tax Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and strategically steering the following core areas: Tax Strategy & Compliance • Develop, assess, and recommend international tax strategies that support the Group’s growth and profitability goals. • Design and challenge business tax models across jurisdictions, with a special focus on complex and emerging markets (notably in Africa). • Review and challenge existing business models to adjust to evolving tax environments and market approaches. • Lead and structure corporate reorganizations at both Swiss and international levels, ensuring full compliance while maximizing tax efficiency. • Proactively manage and prepare for tax audits globally. • Uplift tax awareness across the Group. M&A • Contribute to financial due diligence efforts for new ventures, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions. • Evaluate and structure investment opportunities, ensuring alignment with Group strategy and value creation objectives. PROFILE We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, international exposure, and the ability to lead across disciplines. • Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, CFA or equivalent qualification is a plus. • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in international tax. • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to engage and motivate cross-functional teams. • Demonstrated track record in managing complex international tax structures, particularly in emerging markets. • M&A experience in tax due diligence and structuration of acquired entities. • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, especially with tax authorities and external advisors. • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and business acumen. • Fluent in English and French.
