About the role Verity works with some of the world’s largest enterprises, and helping them unlock measurable value is at the heart of what we do. We’re looking for a Senior Manager to own the customer value journey for our $1B+ clients—from identifying business impact before the deal is signed, to ensuring that value is realized and expanded long after go-live. This is a highly visible role that blends strategy and execution. You’ll run executive workshops, build business cases, track ROI, and tell the value story in a way that earns trust at the C-suite. You’ll also shape how we think about value across the company—partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to refine our playbooks and strengthen our customer engagement. What you’ll do Lead discovery sessions and workshops with Operations, IT, and Finance leaders to uncover pain points and quantify business impact. Build executive-ready business cases with ROI models, scenario projections, and risk assessments that drive confident decision-making. Define success criteria and measurable outcomes, then design value dashboards and scorecards to track performance against plan. Partner with customer champions to orchestrate onboarding, adoption, and change management, ensuring fast time-to-value. Lead QBRs and EBRs that showcase ROI, confirm benefits, and map the path to expansion. Create multi-year value roadmaps with clear milestones and early wins to build momentum. Develop materials and narratives that resonate with C-level stakeholders and support value-based selling. Feed insights back into Sales, Product, and Marketing to strengthen our GTM approach and improve pipeline quality. How success is measured Value realized vs. business case commitments. NPS and executive stakeholder feedback. Gross and Net Revenue Retention (NRR), including expansion impact. Bookings influenced by value proof points and references. Time-to-value against plan What you bring 6+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Enterprise Customer Success, Solution Consulting, or Business Transformation (SaaS, ERP/WMS, supply chain, or automation) A track record of facilitating executive workshops and co-creating business cases that deliver measurable impact Strong executive presence and storytelling skills—you can translate data into narratives that land with a COO, CFO, or CIO Experience mapping out customer value journeys and adoption strategies with defined milestones Familiarity with ERP/WMS environments and data integration requirements Strong analytical skills: ROI/TCO modeling, KPI frameworks, sensitivity analysis; experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus Comfortable with Salesforce and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, HubSpot) Excellent collaboration skills across Operations, IT, and Finance Why Verity? Overview: We are seeking a Client Success AI/Data Engineer to bridge the gap between advanced AI/data engineering and measurable client outcomes. This role blends technical expertise in AI/ML, data pipelines, and visualization with client-facing responsibilities. You will partner with clients, solution architects, and internal teams to design, implement, and operationalize AI-driven solutions that deliver sustained business value. Responsibilities: Client-Facing Solution Delivery Engage client stakeholders to define business goals, KPIs, and data needs. Translate requirements into data pipelines, AI/ML solutions, and actionable insights. Build client-ready dashboards and reporting tools. Advise on AI, data governance, and automation best practices. Lead enablement sessions to drive adoption of AI-powered workflows. Data Engineering & AI/ML Development Design and maintain pipelines for structured/unstructured data. Develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models (NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling, anomaly detection, etc.). Operationalize models with MLOps best practices. Qualifications: Required Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field. 3–6+ years’ experience as a Data Engineer, ML Engineer, or similar role. Strong Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy). Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational & NoSQL databases. Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Dashboard design with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Excellent client communication skills with ability to simplify technical detail. Preferred Background in warehouse automation, logistics, or supply chain data. Experience with big data frameworks (Spark, Kafka) and MLOps practices. The role Verity is seeking an Enterprise Client Success – Value Engineer who serves as the continuity point for our largest enterprise customers ($1B+ operations), guiding them from Value Identification in pre-sales through Value Realization in post-sales. You’ll facilitate use-case and value workshops, build collaborative business cases with executives, and tell crisp value stories that drive confident decisions, adoption, and expansion. What you’ll do Value Identification (Pre-Sales) • Facilitate discovery and use-case/value workshops with Operations, IT, and Finance to surface pains, quantify impact, and prioritize opportunities. • Translate findings into hypothesis backlogs, success criteria, and a measurable business case/ROI model models including risk assessment, scenario modeling (best/worst/most likely case), and multi-year value projections. • Lead tailored demonstrations that map capabilities to desired outcomes and executive priorities. Value Realization (Post-Sales) • Establish baselines, KPIs, and a measurement plan tied to the business case; stand up value dashboards and scorecards. • Conduct ongoing value tracking and reporting, with continuous measurement and adjustment of value metrics based on actual performance. • Perform competitive benchmarking against industry standards and peer organizations to contextualize customer achievements. • Orchestrate onboarding/adoption plans, change management, and champion networks to achieve time-to-value. • Support QBRs/EBRs that tell a compelling executive value story, confirm benefits, and align next-best actions. Value Strategy & Growth • Design customer value journey roadmaps with defined value milestones and early value realization strategies to build momentum. • Create value expansion roadmaps that identify sequential value unlocks and growth opportunities over time. • Develop executive presentation materials and compelling value narratives for C-suite audiences. • Provide value-based selling support to help sales teams articulate and defend pricing based on demonstrated value. • Provide data-backed recommendations for warehouse optimization and roadmap (people, process, technology). • Partner with IT on ERP/WMS integration requirements to ensure reliable data for value tracking. • Identify expansion pathways and influence bookings through value proof points, references, and benchmarks. • Feed learnings to Product, Marketing, and Sales to improve playbooks, collateral, and pipeline quality. How you’ll be measured • Value Realization (benefits vs. business case). • NPS and stakeholder satisfaction. • Churn / Gross & Net Revenue Retention (NRR). • Bookings Influence (expansion/upsell supported by value evidence). • Time-to-Value vs. plan. What you bring • 5–8+ years in Value Engineering, Enterprise Customer Success, Solution Consulting, or Transformation (SaaS, ERP/WMS, supply chain, automation). • Proven record facilitating use-case and value workshops and co-building executive-ready business cases. • Executive storytelling and presentation skills; able to craft concise and compelling value narratives for COO/CFO/CIO audiences. • Experience in customer value journey design and value milestone planning throughout customer lifecycles. • Familiarity with ERP/WMS environments and data requirements for measurement. • Data-driven mindset: fluent in KPIs, ROI/TCO, and sensitivity analysis; strong Excel/Sheets; BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) a plus. • Comfortable with Salesforce and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Gainsight/HubSpot). • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management across Operations, IT, and Finance.
