The Role The Growth Marketing Manager is a key player in Verity’s demand generation engine—combining creative strategy with data-driven precision to deliver measurable growth. You’ll design and execute multi-channel campaigns, manage the systems and data behind them, and ensure every initiative drives awareness, engagement, and revenue. This role is perfect for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. What You’ll Do Campaigns & Programs Plan and optimize integrated campaigns that drive qualified pipeline. Partner with Sales, Content, and Field Marketing to align with business priorities. Develop nurture flows, paid media, and outbound programs to accelerate buyer journeys. Lead quarterly campaign planning and manage creative, content, and reporting workflows. Own Verity’s social presence (LinkedIn, X, etc.) and manage the content calendar. Marketing Operations Manage marketing automation, CRM alignment, and lead lifecycle processes. Optimize Pardot–Salesforce integrations, ensuring data integrity and attribution accuracy. Build dashboards and performance reports from lead to revenue. Identify process improvements and automation opportunities across systems. Growth & Insights Run experiments to refine messaging, channels, and conversion paths. Analyze data to uncover insights and optimize funnel efficiency. Support personalization, segmentation, and testing initiatives. Explore new tools, channels, and technologies to scale impact. What You Bring 7–10 years in B2B marketing (SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or industrial tech). Proven success in demand generation, campaign management, or marketing ops. Hands-on experience with Pardot, Salesforce, and analytics platforms. Expertise in ABM tools (Demandbase, 6sense), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Strong grasp of GA4, Looker Studio, and attribution modeling. Skilled in CRM integrations, automation workflows, and performance dashboards. Excellent communicator and collaborator across remote, cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Why Verity?
